The Royal British Legion led the poignant service, joined by Lord Mayor Councillor Tracy Kelly and many residents. It was a moment of quiet reflection, honouring the sacrifices made for peace.

Our community across Belfast, including residents from North Belfast, recently came together at the Garden of Remembrance within Belfast City Hall to observe Armistice Day on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025. This annual occasion is a deeply significant moment for us all to remember and honour the brave individuals who have served and sacrificed for peace and freedom.
The heartfelt service, respectfully led by the Royal British Legion, provided a poignant tribute to all who have given so much. Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Tracy Kelly, was in attendance, joining numerous members of the public in this shared moment of reflection and gratitude.
These annual commemorations are vital, allowing our city to unite in remembrance and uphold the legacy of those who have contributed to our peace and freedom, ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.
