The incident took place on Thursday 20 March 2025, when a labradoodle was set upon by the off-lead collie. The victim dog sustained injuries to its shoulder and stomach, requiring medical attention.
At the sentencing on Tuesday 3 March 2026, Mr. Quinn was issued a fine of £200 for the offence. He was also ordered to pay £130 in legal and court costs, alongside an additional £100 in compensation to the owner of the injured labradoodle.
