Free 'What's Next?' Event for Young People After Exam Results

Have you recently picked up your GCSE or A-Level results and are now wondering, 'What's next?' You're not alone! A fantastic free event, aptly named 'What's next?', is being held right in the city centre to help young people from North Belfast and beyond navigate their post-exam options.

This invaluable drop-in event is specifically for young people in Years 12 to 14. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of organisations ready to provide expert support and guidance on your future path. Whether you're considering further education, looking for training opportunities, or seeking advice on potential careers, this event has you covered.

You'll find representatives from various vital services, including training organisations like Skills for Life and Work providers, as well as further and higher education institutions such as Belfast Met, SERC, and Ulster University. Careers advisors from the NI Careers Service will be on hand, alongside our employment academies team, offering insights into self-employment and even benefits advice from Make the Call.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 26th, from 1pm to 3pm at 2 Royal Avenue. There's no need to register in advance – just drop in when it suits you. This is a brilliant chance to get face-to-face advice and clarity on your next steps, all completely free of charge.
