Officers from the PSNI's Paramilitary Crime Task Force have seized a number of items during a targeted operation in North Belfast.
The search took place at a local property on Wednesday as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged paramilitary display. Authorities confirmed that several items suspected for use in terrorism were recovered during the search. The seized materials are understood to be linked to Oglaigh Na hEireann.
Detective Inspector Maguire highlighted that enquiries into the matter remain ongoing and expressed gratitude to the community for their assistance, noting that police will continue to act on information provided by local residents to help keep the area safe.
