Andras Hotels, which acquired the building earlier in 2024, will now operate the 146-bedroom hotel under a franchise agreement with Accor, a world leader in hospitality. This addition makes it the fourth Accor-branded property managed by Andras Hotels in Northern Ireland, alongside ibis Coleraine Riverside, ibis Belfast City Centre (the original), and ibis Belfast Queens Quarter.
