Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious two-vehicle collision on Crumlin Road near Tennent Street early on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Three people were taken to hospital following the incident, and a 22-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of several driving offences, including dangerous driving and driving under the influence. Enquiries are currently ongoing, and the PSNI is asking local residents for any relevant footage or information.

We are reporting on a serious road incident that occurred in the North Belfast area earlier this week, resulting in hospital admissions for three people.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision on Crumlin Road, right at the junction with Tennent Street, shortly after midnight on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (around 12:10 am).
Officers attending the scene arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with the incident. He was arrested on suspicion of multiple serious offences, including dangerous driving, driving with excess alcohol in his breath, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing injury. He was further arrested on suspicion of failing to report and failing to stop where the accident occurred, causing both damage and injury.
The arrested man was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries sustained in the crash and currently remains in police custody. Two other individuals involved in the collision also later attended the hospital for treatment.
Police enquiries into the circumstances of the collision are continuing. Authorities are urging local residents who may have witnessed the incident, or who have relevant dash-cam, CCTV, or other footage, to come forward.
