Hope 4 Life NI

Hope 4 Life NI, founded in 2015, is an organisation focused on prevention and early intervention mental health support. Its mission is to empower beneficiaries by increasing understanding of resilience, positive coping strategies, and wellbeing practices. The organisation has developed its own innovative Uberheroes® programme for children and young people, which uses superhero-themed comics based on real-life stories to promote mental health. It also delivers bespoke adult training and well-known accredited programmes, including the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP©), which helps participants create personalised action plans, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), an internationally acclaimed awareness course. In addition, Hope 4 Life NI provides corporate mental health programmes and can create tailored courses to address the specific needs of groups or businesses.
