North Belfast Foodbank is a registered charity that provides support to local people in crisis. Between April 2021 and March 2022, it supplied meals for 840 adults and 617 children, distributing over 15 tonnes of food. The organisation is run in partnership with local churches and relies on volunteers, financial donations for operational costs, and food donations. Food parcels can be collected from Ekenhead Halls on North Circular Road and Immanuel Presbyterian Church on Agnes Street. Food donations can only be delivered to the warehouse on West Bank Road on Monday evenings between 6.15pm and 6.45pm; no out-of-date or fresh food is accepted. The foodbank can be contacted via email or phone and is a registered charity in Northern Ireland (NIC100175).
