North City Business Centre

Established in 1993 by Sandy Brown, Irvine McKay, and Robin McConkey, North City Business Centre was founded as a local enterprise agency on the interface area of North Belfast. It began the regeneration of lower Duncairn Gardens, with the first tenant occupying a unit in 1994. The organisation is the Local Enterprise Agency for North Belfast, managing 45,000 sq. ft. of commercial rental property. A dedicated team of business and employment advisors provides support to the small business sector, those interested in starting a business, and local residents seeking employment.
